On a crisp, autumnal Sunday in October, families and friends gathered for a special charity event at Cadbury World. The air was filled with excitement as attendees were greeted at the entrance by none other than Cadbury’s famous mascots – Freddo the frog, the Caramel Bunny, and an energetic parrot. Their bright costumes and playful interactions set the tone for a day full of laughter, learning, and, of course, chocolate indulgence.
The event offered a unique opportunity to experience Cadbury World’s rich history, from its founding in 1824 by John Cadbury to its rise as one of the world’s most beloved chocolate brands. The journey began exploring the historical exhibits followed by a trip on the Cadabra ride before experiencing the 4D Chocolate Adventure cinema! This immersive cinema ride was a crowd favourite, transporting us into a world where chocolate was the main attraction. We felt as though we were flying over rivers of melted chocolate, diving into caramel swirls, and gliding through a world where everything was deliciously sweet. The 4D cinema brought a new level of excitement to the tour, thrilling both children and adults alike with its fantastic visuals and fun, interactive seats.
Outside in the activity section, the brisk October air was perfect for games and activities. From climbing frames to slides and play zones, there was something for everyone to enjoy including a tasty hot chocolate! The laughter and smiles all around captured the spirit of the day: a fun-filled outing with a meaningful cause.
Of course, no trip to Cadbury World would be complete without indulging in the chocolate! Each attendee was given a bag filled with treats to take home, brimming with Cadbury classics like Dairy Milk, Buttons and Twirls. Many couldn’t resist a visit to the Cadbury shop afterward, where shelves lined with chocolate creations of every kind were waiting to be added to the goody bags.
Our Autumn event at Cadbury World wasn’t just a day to enjoy sweet treats and thrilling activities; it was an opportunity for our families to come together and Cadbury World provided the perfect backdrop for a fun experience.
